Testimonials

You’ve faced the pain. You’ve done the work. Now you’re ready to go from deep healing into fully living.

DOES THIS RESONATE WITH YOU?

You’ve been in therapy for some time to delve into the past, work through the present, and make room for your future.

You’ve faced the pain and allowed yourself to feel the highs and lows of healing, and now you may find yourself beginning to wonder what’s next. Maybe your sessions have shifted from weekly to biweekly to monthly check-ins. You’ve gathered coping skills, learned, and processed so much.

So now, how do you put your healing into practice?

Because there is a difference between experiencing powerful shifts in your sessions and facing the everyday challenges outside those one or two hours.

Talking it out is crucial.

Walking it out is what creates lasting change.

That is where Resurrected Living comes in.

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am an Occupational Therapist.

My profession’s roots go back to a time when people struggling with mental health, including soldiers returning from World War II with PTSD, needed new ways to recover. It was believed that through simple things like routines, crafts, and time outdoors, restoration was possible.

Decades later, the roots of OT are just as true. You may or may not be a literal soldier, but in your own way, I know you have been to war. And your battle wounds may have come from trauma such as:

  • Physical abuse

  • Emotional harm

  • Psychological harm

  • Sexual trauma

  • Spiritual harm

Just like back then, my work now is rooted in the foundations of my profession and focused on helping you unlock a new level of life you may not have tapped into yet.

Can you imagine a life where your goals feel within reach, where your days no longer feel monotonous, and autopilot is no longer your default?

A life filled with meaningful adventure and real achievement. A life where you are no longer living only for others, but also for yourself. That life has always been within you. It may have been covered by trauma and triggers, but it has not been lost.

Now it is time to step into what comes next.

My own healing journey began with a notebook and a simple You Pick Two meal at Panera.

Writing down a methodical action plan gave me hope again. It helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel. Not knowing where to start, and feeling the weight of starting while carrying my own internal struggles, was like pushing against a heavy wall.

Now, as I look back, I wish someone like myself could have walked alongside me to help push through that wall.

That is what I am offering you.
